Family Time {Traverse City Family Photography}

Every July 4th weekend my Mother In Law’s family gathers together in the Traverse City, MI area for a long weekend of camping, marshmallows, and tubing down the Manistee River.  My mother in law is one of 8 children. With all of their children in attendance, we easily have over 40 people together for 4-5 days.  I love to take my camera and capture all the spontaneous moments. This year we had quite a few children under the age of 12, and they really wanted to play Duck, Duck, Goose.  There is no better game to remind me of my actual age than Duck, Duck, Goose.  I think every adult that played with the children encountered some sort of injury (mine was a bruised calf).
