Lindsay + Jacob | Toledo Botanical Gardens Engagement Session | Toledo OH Engagement Photographer

Love is in the cold air for Lindsay and Jacob.  Jacob proposed to Lindsay just after Christmas. They contacted me right away hoping for some snow engagement photos.  Unfortunately this is Toledo and we have had almost no snow this year.  So the one Saturday in February where we had a scant amount of coverage- we went for it.  The best location with snow still on the ground was the Toledo Botanical Gardens.  I was really impressed with how ready they were for this session. Lindsay already had the perfect look planned in her head.  We had two outfits and she made a few props.  Their engagement session was full of a little extra emotion because of the cold weather.  Jacob held Lindsay tight for warmth and the awkward coldness gave way to some great laughs. I love their photos so much and I can’t wait to see them again in October for their wedding photos.
